Document conversion work was usually handled through small utilities, scattered file actions and unclear progress states, which made larger batches feel slower and more complicated than they needed to be.
We started building strpd as a full-page processing experience, beginning with one bold upload surface and revealing the operational detail only when it is needed. I shaped the product around clearer queues, stronger progress feedback, useful file warnings and a much more satisfying finish, with one obvious route from adding files to downloading the final batch.
A massive thank you to everyone at Wolf & Hat Studio who helped turn a functional batch process into something that feels deliberate, calm and genuinely good to use, and who kept pushing the small transitions, edge cases and completion details until the experience felt as polished as the output.
